The staff of Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership consists of employees and voluntiers. Not all staff members are listed here, but many of the key staff members are.
Agency Administrator and Head Start Director since 2003. During this period, he enjoyed the oportunity to serve the agency and help make a difference in the community.

Shannon serves as the Weber County Regional Coordinator of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program at OWCAP. She is seeking volunteers to help with this program from Jan 28 - April 15, as volunteers are essential to making this program possible to the low-income families of Weber County who make $52,000 or less this year. Please contact her to sign up as one of our volunteers this tax season.
Estephania serves as the Policy Council Chairperson for the Head Start Program and as a voting member on the Board of the Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership.
She is attending Weber State University to obtain a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. Estephania is married, works hard to gain an education, care for her two children, and to give back to the community.

Rebecca is in charge of meeting with and organizing all new volunteers who offer their service. You must schedule a meeting with her first If you want to serve as a volunteer in any of the various services and programs OWCAP provides.
Ms. Lee has a passion for community outreach that is contagious! She would love to have feedback on her newsletters for the agency.
Josh is new to OWCAP as our first PR representative, but he has learned alot about the agency and it's commitment to serving the local community. He is also the editor of this site and has provided the majority of the material presented in this Online Media Kit.
He is curently attending Weber State University to obtain a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising.
